Territory Sales Manager Brazil (m/f/d)

Your tasks / This is what you move with us

  • Together with a small team you will establish sales and service structures in Brazil.
  • In addition, you are responsible for the acquisition of suitable sales and service partners.
  • For your sales area you are responsible for the turnover and create the sales forecast.
  • In this context, you support our sales partners in the acquisition of new customers, customer care and discussions as well as in the preparation of quotations.
  • The presentation of our products at exhibitions and demonstrations is also one of your tasks.
  • Furthermore, you create market and competition analyses and communicate these with the plants in Germany with regard to product requirements and market launch strategies.
  • Maintain close relationships with the sales partners in your region and your customer base and using our CRM-Tool is also one of your tasks.
  • The extensive range of tasks is completed by the independent planning and implementation of sales promotion events as well as the sales training.

Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you

  • You have several years of professional experience in the distribution of agricultural machinery.
  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, industrial engineering, agricultural sciences or an apprenticeship with work experience forms the basis for your start in our team.
  • Knowledge of agriculture is required for this task.
  • You speak fluent brazilian Portuguese and business fluent English.
  • Moreover you bring a high level of willingness to travel, mobility and flexibility for travel within Brazil and to Germany.
  • Your structured and analytical way of working, strategic competence and communication skills complete your profile.
