Your training / This is what you move with us

Join our international trainee program AmazoneFuture and lay the foundation for your career in production management. Over the course of 18 months, you will gain practical experience in various key departments, including production planning, production control, and quality management, giving you a comprehensive understanding of production processes. This rotation across different areas ensures you develop a well-rounded skill set and deep insights into modern production practices.

Your journey will primarily take place at our German headquarters, where you will work closely with experienced teams and gain valuable hands-on experience. Additionally, a planned assignment at MP AGRO in Brazil will provide you with international exposure, allowing you to understand the dynamics of a global organization and experience the local market firsthand.

Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you

  • Educational background: A degree in mechanical engineering, production, industrial engineering, or a related field, with a focus on manufacturing or industry.
  • Practical experience: Initial exposure to production management through internships, part-time jobs, or project work.
  • Language skills: Fluent English is essential; German skills are an advantage.
  • Global mindset: Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across cultures.
  • Key competencies: Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and enthusiasm for innovation and sustainable production.
